心律平一次口服治疗快速室上性心律失常 被引量：1

摘要 心律平是目前临床常用的抗心律失常药物,研究证实静脉用药治疗室上性心动过速有较好的疗效。但对口服治疗室上性快速心律失常的发作尚未见报道。本文应用一次性口服心律平治疗3例持续性房性心律失常,现将结果报道如下: 临床资料 例1,男,56岁,冠心病伴阵发性房颤。既往静脉注射心律平有效,本次因阵发心悸一天就诊,ECG显示为房颤,心室率106次/分,超声心动图(UCG)结果显示左房50mm,左室56mm,与发作后48小时给口服心律平450mg,服药后2.
