自拟胜湿止痒汤在尿毒症皮肤瘙痒患者中的应用

APPLICATION OF THE SELF-MADE SHENGSHIZHIYANG SOUP IN UREMIC PRURITUS PATIENTS

目的探讨自拟胜湿止痒汤对尿毒症皮肤瘙痒的临床疗效。方法选择2007年8月-2010年9月血液透析室收治的尿毒症皮肤瘙痒患者48例,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组在常规治疗基础上给予扑尔敏,治疗组在常规治疗基础上给予自拟胜湿止痒汤,疗程均为4周。以患者瘙痒积分,肌酐、尿素氮、甲状旁腺素(parathyroid hormone,PTH)水平为观察指标,评定自拟胜湿止痒汤在尿毒症皮肤瘙痒患者中的疗效。结果治疗组患者皮肤瘙痒积分、PTH较对照组下降显著(P<0.05);肌酐、尿素氮水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自拟胜湿止痒汤对尿毒症皮肤瘙痒有一定的疗效。

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of self - made shengshizhiyang soup on uremic pruritus patients. Methods Forty - eight cases of uremic pruritus patients were selected from August 2007 to September 2010 in hemodialysis room. The patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups. The control group was given chlorpheniramine based on routine therapy. The treatment group was given self - made shengshizhiyang soup based on routine therapy. The treatment course was four weeks. The pruritus integral, creatinine, urea nitrogen level, parathyroid hormone （PTH） were observed to evaluate the effect of self - made shengshizhiyang soup in uremic pruritus patients. Results Pruritus integral, PTH of the treatment group decreased obviously than those of the control group. But there were no obvious differences in creatinine has certain curative effect on uremic and urea nitrogen. Conclusion Self - made shengshizhiyang soup pruritus patients.
