吉林省荣军医院老年荣复军人生活质量的调查研究

目的调查吉林省荣军医院老年荣复军人生命质量，为我国荣复军人医疗保健机构采取针对性措施提高其生命质量提供参考依据。方法采用sF-36生活质量量表调查吉林省荣军医院93名老年荣复军人。结果93名老年荣复军人的生命质量在不同年龄，不同学历、不同伤残情况、不同住院年限中差异有统计学意义；心理健康（MH）维度得分在不同住院年限的老年荣复军人中差异无统计学意义。结论各地荣复军人医疗保健机构应多加关注高龄、文盲及伤残老年荣复军人的身心健康，发展心理咨询事业，将有助于提高荣复军人的生命质量，实现健康老龄化。

Objective To survey the living quality of the elderly veterans in invalids hospital of Jilin province and provide a reference for the invalids health care organizations to take specific measnres to improve their living quality.Methods SF - 36 quality of life scale was adopted to investigate 93 elderly veterans in the Invalid Hospital.Results The living quality of the 93 elderly veterans were significantly different in the group of different ages,different qualifications,different disabilities and different hospitalization of years ; there was no significant difference in the group of different hospitalization of years at mental health (MH) dimension.Conclusions The invalids health care organizations should pay more attention to the physical and mental health of senior citizens,illiteracy and disabled elderly veterans,develop psychological counsel which can improve the quality of life of the veterans and achieve healthy aging.
