摘要
目的了解临床护士职业倦怠状况及其影响因素,为提高临床护理管理工作提供理论基础。方法采用自行设计的一般情况调查表和职业倦怠量表,对184名参与临床工作一年以上的在职护士进行职业倦怠及相关因素问卷调查。结果临床护士的职业倦怠量表得分为(65.48±16.49),除护士的婚姻状况外,护士的职称、人事关系、职务、学历、所在科室类型、工龄及年龄等因素均与护士的职业倦怠程度呈相关性(P〈0.05)。结论临床护士的整体职业倦怠水平较高,管理者应当根据职业倦怠的各相关因素采取相应的措施进行干预,提高护士群体的心理健康水平,从而提高护理服务工作质量。
Objective To understand of clinical nurse occupation burnout and its influencing factors, to improve the clinical nursing management and provide a theoretical basis. Methods By using the self - designed questionnaire and general situation of occupation burnout inventory, 184 nurses in clinical work for more than a year were investigated about occupation burnout and its related factors. Results The clinical nurse occupation burnout scale score was 65.48 + / - 16.49, in addition to the marital status of nurses, personnel relationship, job titles, academic, departments type, length of service and factors such as age and nurse's occupation were eorrelated with burnout ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusions Clinical nursing occupation burnout level is higher, managers should be according to the occupation burnout of the factors related to take corresponding measures to intervene, improve nurses "mental health level, thus to improve the nursing service quality.
