摘要
就红壤作为制备地聚合物胶凝材料原材料的胶凝特性如何,通过试验进行了初步探索。将红壤经过球磨煅烧处理后得到九组样品,利用水玻璃作激发剂分别进行碱激发后制备成40 mm×40 mm×160 mm的试块。通过对其3 d和28 d的抗压强度以及抗折强度的分别测定表明,红壤的确具有一定的胶凝特性,但是其强度并不高,需要进一步的研究来改善。
This paper makes a preliminary study on the gelatination properties of geopolymer cementing material based on red soil. Nine red soil samples are obtained through ball grinding and calcination, these samples will be activated by water glass separately and then made into test blocks of 40mm×40mm×160mm. By testing their tensile strength and compression strength, we can get the conclusion that red soil do has certain gelatination properties. However, the strength is not strong enough. Further study is needed for improvements.
