汽车制造企业订单交付模式的仿真评价

摘要 汽车制造企业订单交付的复杂过程加大了数学建模和求解的难度,本文提供了一个针对复杂系统的仿真实验方法,用于不同订单交付模式的量化分析和效果评价。首先,建立了LTO(Locate to order)、BTS(Build to stock)和BTO(Build to order)三种订单交付模式的信息处理流程和实体交付流程仿真模型。通过建立订单与产品的匹配机制,引入控制变量和评价指标,实现了对系统运行参数的动态监测和仿真评价。仿真结果表明:LTO比BTS、BTO在库存控制方面具有更好的稳定性和适应性。LTO亦提供了多个客户订单分离点的可选择性,并在信息处理模式和速度上优于其他方式。 Complicated process of order-to-delivery in automobile manufacture enterprise deepens the difficulty in mathematical modeling and solving. Therefore, a simulation test method was proposed to analyzed quantitatively and evaluate different complex order-to-delivery modes. Simulation models of information processing and product delivery were built for 3 order-to-delivery modes, i.e. locate to order(LTO) mode, build to stock(BTS) mode and build to order(BTO) mode. By establishing the mechanism of matching between the order and the product and introducing a control variable and evaluation indexes, the dynamic monitoring and simulation evaluation of the system operation parameters were realized. Simulation results showed that LTO mode is characterized by better stability and adaptability in the inventory control than modes BTS and BTO. LTO mode also provides the selectivity among multi customer order deeoupling points and is superior in the informaion processing mode and speed.
