美国高校教师的学术自由风险由专业组织和工会组织两种组织进行治理,其治理机制具有网络型外部治理结构和分会型内部治理结构,部门之间是一种扶持和监督反馈式的关系,并以一种超主体的运行方式运行。
Teachers" academic freedom risks in American universities are governed by professional organizations and unions,whose governing mechanisms have net external govemnance structure and chapter internal govemnance structure. The mechanisms" inter-departmental relationship is supporting and monitoring and reflecting,and runs in a super-subjet way.
