继《不让一个孩子掉队》法案推行近十年来,高利害测验项目在美国成为备受关注的话题。厘清高利害测验的词源、分析其利害性和利害相关者、解读美国高利害测验独特的项目运作方式,为我们了解高利害测验项目,分析其优劣,进而获得改革启示奠定了基础。
High Stakes Testing (HST) Program in America has become a hot topic in recent decade years since NCLB was implemented. To clarify the etymology of the high-stakes testing,analyze his interest and stakeholders,interprete the unique operation model of the project,can establish the basis for us to know about High Stakes Testing Program, and analyze its advantages and disadvantages, and get some reform inspiration.
