摘要积极公民是主动去寻求、担当公共生活责任的公民。美国具有培养积极公民的历史和文化传统。志愿服务作为美国培育积极公民的重要路径之一,有多种实践机制保障其持续发展。 Positive citizen is to seek and bear the responsibility of public life. Fostering positive citizens is an important part of American history and culture tradition. As one of important pathes to foster positive citizens in America, the sustainable development of volunteer service can be ensured with many practice systems.
