摘要
在金矿床的各类成因理论研究中,金矿床中的生物成矿作用是一个研究程度相对较低的领域,也是研究的前沿领域。对金矿床中的生物成矿作用领域的研究现状进行综述,对金的生物地球化学性质进行概括,结合微生物学、矿床学、地球化学和成矿模拟实验等方面的研究进展,对卡林型金矿床、砂金矿床及铁帽型金矿床中的生物成矿作用进行了探讨,并对世界最大的金矿床即兰德金矿床中的生物成矿作用进行了实例分析,以提高对金矿床中的生物成矿作用的认识。
In all kinds of theoretical researches of gold metallogenisis, biomineralization, as a frontier field, has a relatively low attention level. This paper reviews current situations of biomineralization researches and summarizes the bio-geochemical characteristics of gold. Combined with the researching progress microbiology, mineral deposit geology, geochemistry and mineralization simulation, the biomineralization of Carlin-type gold deposits and placer gold deposits and gossan-type gold deposits were discussed, and the biomineralization of Witwatersrand gold deposit analyzed to improve the understanding of gold deposit biomineralization.
