摘要
对于稀贵金属急倾斜薄矿脉、围岩稳固性较差的开采条件,提高采矿回采率,降低矿石贫化,实现高效、安全生产是矿山所追求的目标。分析了电耙运搬在削壁充填采矿法中应用的可行性,详述了电耙运搬削壁充填采矿法采削参数确定及回采工艺过程。应用实践表明,削壁充填采场可以很好地使用电耙运搬矿岩,提高采矿效率,降低工人的劳动强度,应用取得了较好的经济技术指标。
For the mining conditions of rare and precious metals with steeply inclined narrow veins and unstable wall rocks, the production goals of mines are to improve recovery rate, minimize ore dilution, and realize high effi- ciency and safe production. This paper analyzed the feasibility of application of resue-and-fill stoping method with scraper haulage, and elaborated the parameter determination and stoping process. Practices prove that the resue-and- fill stope well suits the employment of scraper and the method improves mining efficiency while reduces workers' labour intensity, achieving satisfactory economic and technical norms.
