摘要
以400 kA电解槽用铝母线为例,应用Solidworks和Procast软件,分别对铝母线浇铸温度、浇铸速度、中心裂纹、冷隔和铸瘤缺陷等进行数值模拟,分析铝母线铸造情况,探讨仿真模拟技术在竖井热顶模铸造400 kA电解槽用铝母线工艺中的应用。
The casting parameters of aluminum bus-bar to be used for 400 kA electrolytic bath have been simulated by the software of Solidworks and Procast. The parameters such as casting temperature, casting speed, center crackles, cold shut and cast tumor defects have been numerical simulated. The casting condition of aluminum bus-bar has been analyzed. The application of simulation technology in vertical-shaft hot top casting machine for producing bus-bar to be used in 400 kA electrolyte both have been researched.
