摘要
利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、XRD、能谱仪及显微硬度计研究了三种不同锌含量的铸态医用Mg-1Ca-xZn(x=4%,6%,8%)的显微组织与力学性能。结果表明:铸态Mg-1Ca-xZn合金中主要存在α-Mg相及少量MgZn相和Mg2Ca相。随着锌含量的增加,合金中MgZn相明显增多,合金的基体晶粒组织得到了明显的细化,且合金的显微硬度增加。第二相MgZn的增加使Mg-1Ca-xZn合金得到了强化。
The microstructure and micro-hardness of three Mg-1Ca-xZn ( x = 4,6,8 ) magnesium Alloys have been investigated using metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope, XRD, energy spectrometer and micro-hardness tester. The results show that in the cast Mg-1 Ca-xZn alloys mainly consist of α-Mg phase, a little MgZn phases and Mg2 Ca phase. With increasing of Zn content the MgZn phases are increased and the matrix structure of the alloy is refined obviously, the micro-hardness is improved as well. The increasing of second phase MgZn strengthened the Mg-1 Ca-xZn alloy.
