介绍一种基于EtherCAT通讯技术的X射线测厚仪在铝带材轧机上的应用,阐述该测厚仪的基本原理、系统组成、参数设定和OPC通讯,提供了测厚仪的合金补偿和精度检验方法,并对实际应用效果进行分析。
The application of Ether-CAT X-ray thickness gauge with Ether-CAT communication technology on aluminum strip cold rolling mill has been introduced. The basic work principle, system composition, parametre seting and OPC communication of the gauge have been discussed. The method of alloy calibration and accuracy inspection have been supplied. The application effect has been analyzed.
