摘要
2219铝合金Φ42 mm×15 mm(外径×壁厚)管材经淬火、人工时效后(T6状态),用户要求它有较高的强度和较好的车削性能。从2219铝合金管材的挤压温度、淬火和时效工艺制度进行试验研究,对不同工艺制度生产的管材进行力学性能检测,最终确定了最佳的挤压、淬火、人工时效工艺制度,使该合金管材的力学性能满足了用户的要求。
The 2219-116 aluminum alloy tube with dimension of Φ42mm×15mm is quenched and then artificial aged. The customer requires the tube should possesses higher strength and better turning characteristics. The extrusion temperature, quenching technology and aging system of the 2219 aluminum have been investigated. The tubes produced through these processes have been tested for checking the mechanical properties and finally the optimized extrusion, quenching and artificial aging process systems have been settled, so the mechanical properties of the tubes can meet the needs of customers.
