摘要
目的探讨高温对石家庄市心脑血管疾病死亡率的影响。方法将监测日按最高气温分为“热日”(≥34℃)和“非热日”(〈34℃);每个热日的死亡数与该年平均每个非热日的死亡数的差值称为“热日多出死亡数”或“热有关死亡数”,分析该市2009—2011年夏季(6~8月)日最高气温对该市人口死亡的影响。结果石家庄夏季最高气温多出现在7、8月份,可达41.7℃。该市夏季最高气温在34℃以上时,随温度的升高死亡数显著增加;“热日”与“非热日”死亡数之比为1.17,60岁以上老年人以及男、女死亡数均在7月15日-8月15日出现死亡高峰。结论石家庄市的高温天气对心脑血管疾病死亡有显著影响。
Objective To research the relationship between high temperature and population death in a cardiovascular and cerebrovascular in Shijiazhuang. Methods Firstly, the time series of maximum daily temperature and daily death number of cardio - cerebral vascular diseases were described, and the relationship between daily maximum temperature and daily mortality of cardio - cerebral vascular diseases in summer was analyzed, and the impact of daily highest temperature from 2009 to 2011 on cardio - cerebral diseases daily death in summer was studied. Results In summer, the highest temperature which could reach to 41.7 ℃ emerged mostly in July and August, and when the highest temperature was higher than 34 ℃, cardio - cerebral vascular diseases mortality rate increased obviously with the temperature increasing. The relative humidity was more than 70% in most time of the year round. The excessive death in hot days accounted for 10.9%, in which the old people occupied the majority. Conclusion The extreme high temperature may obviously increase the cardio- cerebral vascular death in Shijiazhuang.
