摘要
对美国面向小企业提供竞争情报服务的整体体系进行研究。结果表明,美国在国家层面上针对小企业提供竞争情报服务的模式,基本遵循着"小核心、大网络"的规律,即以单个主导机构为核心,集成相关教育机构、协会组织、私营机构等共同参与,共同建立为小企业发展提供全方位情报信息服务的协作网络。在地方层面上,各地区也会面向本区域小企业的特定情报需求,探索有效的竞争情报供给和服务模式。
This paper analyzes the competitive intelligence services system for the small business in the United States. On the nation- al level, the United States follows the model of "small core, large network" to provide competitive intelligence service for small busi- ness. It means that make the single agency as the core, and integrate with the relevant educational institutions, associations, private in- stitutions to participate, jointly establish full-service collaborative network of intelligence information service for small business. On the local level, the government also establishes the effective supply and service model according to the demands of small business.
