It is expounded that the importance and necessity of application of mathematical statistics mathod in component analysis from 7 respects.It is illustrated that the definition of concept and calculation mode of standard deviation,sensitivity,detection limit,quantification limit and recovery,and familiar questions and mistakes in application.
