摘要
在非均相碱性体系中,合成了水溶性富勒烯衍生物C60-β-丙氨酸/C70-β-丙氨酸。采用红外、核磁共振等手段对其进行结构表征。同时考察了它们对超氧阴离子自由基的清除能力及还原能力。结果表明:C60-β-丙氨酸衍生物对超氧阴离子自由基的清除能力及还原能力优于C70-β-丙氨酸衍生物,相关原因有待于进一步研究。
Water-soluble β-alanine C60 derivative and β-alanine C70 derivative were synthesized in heterogeneous phase alkaline system,respectively.The products were characterized by FT-IR and 1HNMR.The antioxidant activities of β-alanine C60 derivative and β-alanine C70 derivative,including scavenging ability on superoxide anion and reducing power were invesitigated.The results indicated that β-alanine C60 derivative showed stronger scavenging ability on superoxide anion and reducing power than β-alanine C70 derivative,the reason needs to be further studied.
