p53蛋白表达与乳癌预后的相关性研究

Relationship between expression of p53 protein and prognosis of breast cancer

探讨p53蛋白表达在判断乳癌预后中的作用。方法 应用免疫组化ABC法染色检测 73例乳癌 ,12例乳腺良性增生性疾病及 10例正常乳腺组织的p53蛋白的表达。结果 73例乳癌标本中 2 2例呈p53蛋白染色阳性反应 ,阳性率 3 0 1%。乳腺良性增生性疾病及正常乳腺组织均为阴性反应。p53蛋白的异常表达与肿瘤的分类、淋巴转移情况、术后复发及生存率均无相关性。结论 p53蛋白异常表达与乳癌预后无显著相关性 。

Objective To scrutinize the effect of p53 expression in the evaluation of prognosis of breast cancer(BC). Methods The expression of p53 protein was measured by immunohistochemistry with application of anti p53 monoclonal antibody. Results 22 of 73 patients(30.1%) with BC had positive expression of p53 protein. In patients with breast benign disease(12 cases) and in normal breast tissue(10 cases) had negative expression of p53 protein. There were no relationship between positive expression of p53 protein with tumor type, metastasis of lymph nodes, recurrence and survival rate in this series. Conclusions p53 abnormal expression has no relation to the prognosis of BC. p53 protein expression may be an early manifestation of BC.
