摘要 针对石灰乳中和沉淀法处理含重金属酸性废水后的高钙废水,采用美国DK2540纳滤膜,在XYJMP-2540卷式膜中试设备中进行了纳滤膜除钙实验研究,考察了料液浓度、操作压力和温度对膜分离性能的影响,并进行了优化条件下的除钙实验。结果表明,对于钙质量浓度为928 mg/L的高钙废水,当产水率为46.5%时,废水中的钙质量浓度可降低到23 mg/L以下,膜平均通量为1.244 L/(min.m2)。 Aiming at the high calcium wastewater generated from heavy metal acidic wastewater that was treated by the neutralization and precipitation of milk of lime, American DK2540 nanofihration membrane has been used for carrying out the nano-fihration membrane calcium removing test in XYJMP-2540 spiral-wound membrane pilot test equipment. The effects of the feed liquor concentration ,operating pressure and temperature on the membrane separating capacity are investigated. The calcium removing test is carried out under optimum conditions. For the high calcium wastewater whose mass concentration is 928 mg/L, the mass concentration of calcium in wastewater can be reduced to lower than 23% and average flux of the membrane is 1.244 L/(min. m^2) ,when the water yield is 46.5%.
