大孔树脂脱除四溴双酚A废水中氯苯的工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用酸化沉淀、树脂吸附工艺对四溴双酚A生产废水进行处理。通过实验确定了酸化的最佳pH、吸附及解吸的最佳工艺条件。实验结果表明,大孔树脂具有较好的吸附-脱附性能,在最佳实验条件下,该组合工艺对COD及氯苯的去除率分别为70%和65%,树脂重复利用30次后仍具有较稳定的吸附能力。 The processes including acidification precipitation and resin adsorption have been applied to the treatment of wastewater from TBBP-A production. Based on experiments, the optimum conditions, such as the pH of acidification and the technology of adsorption and desorption, are ascertained. The results show that the macroporous resin has excellent adsorption-desorption performance. Under the optimized experimental conditions,the COD and chlorobenzene removing rates by using this process are 70% and 65% ,respectively,and the adsorption capacity of the resin keeps pretty stable, after being used repeatedly for thirty times.
