Subprime crisis of 2007 and financial crisis of 2008 that broke out in U.S.A. gave global economy an intense and tremendous shock, and both U. S. A. and China have implemented active and positive monetary policy. The paper aims to draw experience and lessons of both countries by comparing and analyzing the differences in between their monetary policy, including implementation tools, timing, targets, strength, effects and the current problems.
