氯沙坦对老年高血压合并左室肥厚患者血压及室性心律失常的影响

The Effect of Losartan on Blood Pressure and Ventricular Arrythmias in Senile Patients with Essential Hypertension complicated with Left Ventricular Hypertrophy

目的 :探讨氯沙坦对老年高血压左室肥厚(LVH)患者血压及室性心律失常(VA)的疗效。方法 :对42例原发性高血压(EH)左室肥厚患者每日给予氯沙坦50～100mg,疗程24周。于用药前后分别测定血压 ,进行超声心动图和Holter检查。结果 :经氯化沙坦治疗24周后 ,室间隔厚度、左室后壁厚度、左室重量指数均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.01)。降压总有效率为71.4%(30/42)。室性心律失常发生较前明显减少38.1%(16/42) ,(P<0.01)。结论 :氯沙坦对老年高血压病患者能有效地改善左室肥厚 ,降低血压 ,减少室性心律失常的发生率。

Purpose: To Investigate the effect of Losartan on blood pressure and ventricular arrythmia in senile patients with essential hypertension and left ventricular hypertrophy. Method: 42 cases of senile essential hypertension patients with left ventricular hypertrophy were treated by Losartan at 50mg～100mg daily for a 24-week course. Tests were performed before and after the investigation, on blood pressure, Echocardiography as well as the Holter test. Results: After 24 weeks treatment of Losartan, a significant decrease was achieved in blood pressure; interventricular septum thickness was reduced obviously; the left ventricular posterior wall and the index of left ventricular mass were both improved dramatically (P< 0.01). The total effectiveness of hypo-tension action is 71.4%(30/42); ventricular arrythmia lessened on great degree by 38.1%(16/42)(P< 0.01). Conclusion: Losartan has obvious effects in improving left ventricular hypertrophy, decreasing blood pressure and incidence of ventricular arrythmia in senile patients with essential hypertesion.
