摘要
测量不确定度是一种对测量结果可信程度的表示方式,在科学技术和大量的生产活动中,不可避免地要进行大量的测量和检测工作,而准确性是充分合理利用测量结果的前提条件。因此,了解、掌握不确定度评定,正确应用不确定度知识服务于生产实践,是社会发展的现实需求。通过钼锑抗分光光度法测定水中总磷的分析,找出影响不确定度的因素,对各因素的不确定度进行评估,从而得出总磷测定主要受到标准溶液、标准曲线、测量重复性、仪器响应值等方面的不确定度因素影响。
Measurement of uncertainty degree is a method to determine the reliable degree of testing results.Reliability is the prerequisite for using the testing results.Therefore,understand and control the evaluation method of uncertainty degree,apply the related knowledge in practice is the demand of social development.Factors influencing the uncertainty degree in testing total phosphorous(TP)in water by Mo-Sb antispetrophotography method were analyzed.The results find out that influencing factors includes standard aqua,standard curve and repeatability of measurement,instrument response value etc.
