聚维酮碘涂膜剂的制备及质量控制

The Preparation and Quality Control of PVP -I

目的 :制备聚维酮碘涂膜剂 ,测定有效碘的含量。方法 :用电位滴定法 ,指示电极为铂电极 ,参比电极为甘汞电极 ,0.1039mol/LNa2S2O3 溶液为滴定液。结果 :指示电极电势突变时 ,为滴定终点(选用E V曲线法)。结论 :电位滴定法测定PVP I中有效碘含量快速、简便、准确。

Purpose: To prepare PVP-I paint and to lay down standard for quality control. Method: The method of electric potential titration has been utilized to determine the content of PVP-I with platium-calemol system as the electrodes and titrated by 0.1039mol/L of sodium thiosulfate. Results: Determine the end-point of titration by sudden potential change of the indicatory electrode (use E-V curve method). Conclusion: It is proved that the determination of available iodine in Providone-Iodine by electric potential titration is simple, rapid and accurate.
