术中超声引导下微创清除颅内血肿的临床分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:总结并探讨B型超声在颅内血肿微创置管抽吸引流术中的实时探查及对术后动态监测的临床意义。方法:对27例高血压脑出血、12例创伤性颅内血肿和7例脑室出血患者进行术中B超引导探查,术后经颅骨缺损处对颅内进行动态监测,回顾性分析46例病人的临床资料。结果:36例病例术中清除血肿75%以上,其中3例出现术中脑膨出,经B超监测及时发现术区对侧或异位再出血。全部病例中引流管均准确位于血肿腔内,术后复查CT未显示副损伤,术前术后CT检查与B超扫查结果基本一致。结论:术中B超引导下行颅内血肿微创清除术,具有定位准确、创伤小、操作快捷的特点。较传统通过术后复查头颅CT发现再出血,迟发性血肿方法更具优越性。 Objective:To discuss the therapeutic effect of B-ultrasound minimally invasive operation in treatment of intracranial hemorrhage.Methods:46 patients with intracranial hemorrhage.treated with minimally invasive operation were analyzed based on the methods and prognosis of operation.Results:Removing 75% or more hemorrhage in 36 cases.Conclusions:Application of B-guided minimally invasive operation in treatment of intracranial hemorrhage might be feasible which can help to find transposition of brain tissue and rehemorrhage during operation in time,and to improve prognosis of operation.
