无痛护理对全髋关节置换术护理满意度的影响

Effects of Painless Nursing Care on the Satisfactory Rate of Nuing Care for the Total hip Replacement

目的:研究无痛护理对全髋关节置换术护理满意度的影响。方法:选择股骨颈骨折首次行全髋关节置换术患者48例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予无痛护理,对照组给予常规护理,2组就术后护理满意度的内容即沟通满意度、操作满意度和疼痛管理满意度进行比较。结果:观察组的沟通满意度、操作满意度和疼痛管理满意度均明显好于对照组,相比均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:无痛护理有利于提高患者护理满意度。

Objective：Study the effects of painless nursing care on the satisfactory rate of nursing care for the total hip replacement.Methods：Select 48 cases of patients treated with femoral neck fracture total hip replacement for the first time.Patients randomly divided into observation group and control group,In the controlled group,there is only regular nursing and guide.And the observed group is treated with painless nursing care.Compare the contents of the satisfactory rate of postoperative care in the 2 groups,such as the Communication satisfaction,operation satisfaction and pain controlling management satisfaction.Results：The communication satisfaction,operation satisfaction and pain controlling management satisfaction of the observed group are obviously better than that of the controlled group.There are significant differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：Painless nursing care is in favor of improving the satisfactory rate of nursing care of the patients.
