中青年患者子宫切除术围手术期心理特征分析及护理措施

Analysis and Nursing Measures on the Psychological Characteristics of Uterectomy Patients during Perioperative Period

目的:探讨中青年患者子宫切除术围手术期的心理特征以及护理措施。方法:对120例子宫切除的中青年患者进行问卷调查,评估其心理状况,并采取相应的护理措施。结果:患者普遍存在精神紧张、焦虑、悲观、抑郁等多种不良心理,其中担心手术能否成功的有74.2%(89/120),担心影响术后性生活的有55.8%(67/120),担心手术预后的有35.8%(43/120)。结论:子宫切除术患者普遍存在多种不良心理问题,应积极采取有效的有针对性的心理干预措施以提高患者认识,促进其术后恢复。

Objective：To observe the psychological characteristics and nursing measures of uterectomy patients during perioperative period.Methods：Questionnaire survey was undertaken on 120 uterectomy patients.The psychological profile and relevant nursing measures were adopted.Results：Psychentonia,anxiety,pessimism,depression and other disorder psychological were ubiquity among the patients.74.2%（89/120） of the patients were anxious for the success rate of uterectomy,55.8%（67/120） for the sexual life after operation and 35.8%（43/120） for the prognosis.Conclusions：Various disorder psychological problems are ubiquity among patients during perioperative period.Relevant nursing measures should be adopted to help the patients improving recognization and recovery.
