应用Lphp钛板结合异体骨填充治疗老年肱骨近端骨折

摘要 目的:应用Lphp钛板固定及异体骨填充治疗老年肱骨近端骨折。方法:自2009年以来对本院33例肱骨近端2部分以上骨折采用切开复位、LPHP钛板内固定治疗,术后采用Neer评分方法评定疗效。结果:33例本组病例术后随访3~20个月,平均10.2个月,骨折均获愈合,术后评定患肢功能优良率70%。结论:采用LPHP钛板及异体骨填塞治疗老年性肱骨近端骨折,可取得比较满意效果。
