摘要
采用机械力化学法对中低品位磷矿石进行活化,考察了不同活化设备在不同活化条件下的磷活化性能,结果表明:原料磷矿石质地较致密坚硬,化学活性较低,磷浸出率非常低,只有3.1%。采用XQM2-2L变频行星球磨机机械活化,在机械活化120min后得到了最佳的活性,磷浸出率为7.5%。采用AGO-II高能球磨机进行实验,磷浸出率最佳值为10.9%,若在相同活化条件下,活化过程中加入助磨剂,则可进一步提高磷的浸出率,最佳值可达15.3%。
Using mechanical-chemical method for activating low-grade phosphate rocks ,with the effects of different activated devices(XQM2-2L inverter planetary ball mill and AGO-Ⅱ high- energy ball mill ), activation of conditions in different activated properties of phosphorus, the results show that phosphate rocks have compact structure , lower chemical activity and phosphorus leaching rate is very low, only 3.1 . Using XQM2-2L frequency planetary ball mill to start mechanical activation, after 120 min, the mechanical activation had been the best activity, phosphorus leaching rate was 7.5%. Using high-energy ball mill AGO-II to experiment, the best results of phosphorus leaching rate was 10. 9% If in the same activation conditions, adding grinding aids in activation process, it can further improve the phosphorus leaching rate, reaching 15.3.
