摘要
以化工离心泵、多管路并联管路系统为基本组成部分,设计了一套多点加药系统,该系统的均质、低粘度液体加药量的波动范围可稳定在±1%以内,对高粘度、含较多絮状液体或易结晶药剂的加药效果较高位槽、给药机等加药方式有较大改善。
A set of multi-point dosing system has been designed with its basic components of chemical centrifugal pump and a parallel multiple pipelines system, With the system, homogeneous, low viscosity liquid dosage fluctuations can be stabilized at the scale of 1 and dosing effects for high viscosity liquid containing more floc or easy to be crystallized are greatly improved compared with using elevated tank and dosing machine and other methods.
