Extraction Technology of Total Flavonoids from Banana Peel

摘要 采用回流法进行香蕉皮中总黄酮的提取实验研究。以芦丁的含量为考察指标,用紫外分光光度法测定其含量,采用正交试验法对提取工艺条件进行优化,得出最佳提取工艺条件为:40%乙醇溶液;回流时间120min、提取温度90℃、料液比1:50(g/mL),在此工艺条件下测得香蕉皮中总黄酮的含量为0.946%。 The extraction of total flavonoids from banana peel was investigated by reflux method.The content of total flavonoids was determined by UV spectrophotometry with the content of rutin as investigation index,and the extraction technology conditions were optimized by orthogonal test,and the optimal extraction technology conditions were obtained as follows:ethanol concentration of 40%,the ratio for feed to liquid of 1:50(g/mL),the extraction temperature of 90℃and the reflux time of 120min.Under the conditions,the determined content of total flavonoids in banana was 0.946%.
