摘要
通过磺化反应合成了龙血素的水溶性衍生物龙血素A-5-磺酸钠和龙血紊B-3'-磺酸钠,并采用IR、NMR、元素分析对其进行了结构表征。龙血素磺化物的合成,改善了龙血素的水溶性,为进一步研制开发龙血素类新药提供科学依据。
The water-soluble derivatives of loureinin,sodium loureinin A-5-sulfonate and sodium loureinin B-3’-sulfonate were synthesized by sulfonation,and the structures of products were characterized by IR,NMR and element analysis.The synthesis of loureinin sulfonates improved the water solubility of loureinin and provided the scientific basis for further development new drugs of loureinin.
