摘要
在石化行业中,由于采气废水多为高含盐废水,如果按照地表水、地下水的测试方法对其重金属指标进行测试,其测试结果和真实值之间存在较大的偏差。采用火焰原子吸收光谱法对影响吸收的背景进行氘灯扣除,得到了一种适合于高含盐废水体中镉含量测定的分析方法。通过实验验证,该法相对误差在8.20%以内,检出限为0.0042mg/L,回收率在84.2%—102.5%之间,且重现性良好,能够满足分析测试的要求。
In petrochemical industry,the gas production wastewater usually contains very high concentration of salt.It will disturb the measurement of heavy metals concentration and lead to more deviation from the real value,if the measurement is conducted basing on the criteria for heavy metals measurement in underground water and surface water.In this paper,a novel method was developed to measure the concentration of cadmium in high salt wastewater.By subtracting of background through opening the deuterium lamp,the flame atomic absorption technique can measure the cadmium concentration correctly.It is illustrated that the maximum relative error of the proposal method is not more than 8.20%,the detection limit is 0.0042mg/L with the recovery in the range of 84.2%to 102.5%.And the good reproducibility of method is able to meet the analytical testing requirements.
