摘要
介绍了一种将液液萃取分离富集方法与原子荧光光谱法联用直接测定环境水样中甲基汞的新方法。采用液液萃取法将甲基汞从样品基体中分离出来,发现了适合直接测定甲基汞的原子荧光光谱法分析条件,步骤简单,尽量避免了样品前处理和分析过程中的形态转化与干扰等问题。在最优化的实验条件下,方法检出限为5.0ng·L^(-1),精密度(用RSD表示)为8.6%(甲基汞含量0.1μg·L^(-1),n=7),对池塘水和河水进行加标回收实验,平均回收率在82.0%—109.0%之间。
A novel method for the determination of methyl mercury in environmental waters by atomic fluorescence spectrometry(AFS) with liquid-liquid extraction was established.The methyl mercury in sample matrix was separated by liquid-liquid extraction,and the analytical conditions of FAAS were obtained suitable for directly determining methyl mercury with simple operations,that avoided the form transform and interference problems in process of sample pretreatment and analysis. Under the optimal experimental conditions,the detection limit of method was 5.0ng·L-1,and RSD was 8.6%(when the concentration of methyl mercury was 0.1μg·L-1,n=7),and the additional standard recovery experiments of pond water and river were carried out with the average recoveries in the range of 82.0%-109.0%.
