β-环糊精聚合物微球对布洛芬的吸附性能 被引量:1

Adsorption Behaviour of β-Cyclodextrin Polymer Microspheres on Ibuprofen

摘要 以β-环糊精为原料,环氧氯丙烷为交联剂,采用反相乳液法制备β-CD微球。研究了β-CD徽球对布洛芬的吸附性能。结果表明,β-CD微球对布洛芬的吸附符合Freundlich型等温方程,热力学行为表明该吸附过程为吸热过程,吸附动力学方程符合准一级动力序模型,吸附平衡在120min左右达到。 The β-cyclodextrin polymer(β-CD) microspheres were synthesized from β-cyclodextrin by inverse emulsion polymerization with epichlorohydrin as cross-linking agent.The adsorption behaviour at different temperatures of β-CD microspheres on ibuprofen were investigated. The results showed that the adsorption of β-CD microspheres on ibuprofen was in accordance with the Freundlich adsorption isotherm equation,and the adsorption process was endothermic inferred from thermodynamic behaviour,and the adsorption kinetics was in accordance with the Lagergren dynamic model,and the adsorption of ibuprofen achieved balance after 120min.
