摘要
建立了辛硫磷和甲氰菊酯混剂在白菜及土壤中残留分析方法,研究了20%辛·氰乳油在白菜和土壤中的最终残留和消解动态。应用20%辛·氰乳油以施药剂量0.150g/m2进行消解动态实验,实验结果表明,辛硫磷在白菜和土壤中的半衰期分别为2.7d和3.4d,甲氰菊酯在白菜和土壤中的半衰期分别为9.4d和9.5d。同时,辛·氰乳油在土壤和白菜样品中的最终残留量均小于其MRL(最高残留限量)0.05mg/kg,残留数据显示按推荐施药剂量0.050—0.075g/m^2在白菜上使用是安全的。
The analytical method of residues of mixture of phoxim and fenpropathrin in cabbage and soil was established,and the digestion kinetics and final residues of 20%phoxim and fenpropathrin in cabbage and soil were studied.A 20%phoxim and fenpropathrin dosage of 0.150g/m^2 was researched by digestion kinetic study.The results showed that the half-lives of phoxim and fenpropathrin were 2.7d and 9.4d in cabbage,3.4d and 9.5d in soil,respectively,and final residues of phoxim and fenpropathrin in soil and cabbage samples were less than the MRL (Maximum Residue Limit) 0.05mg/kg.The residue data indicated that applying 0.050-0.075g/m^2 of 20%phoxim and fenpropathrin was safe in cabbage.
