护理部在预防呼吸机相关性肺炎中的管理策略

Management strategies in prevention of ventilator-associated pneumonia in nursing department

目的评价护理部实施管理策略在预防呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)中的作用。方法对ICU护士进行预防VAP循证护理的认知调查后,分析原因,开展预防VAP循证护理的专业培训、并完善相关护理指南、建立操作规范、制定质量评价标准、纳入护理部对ICU的质量管理专项项目。结果护理部实施干预后,预防VAP的循证护理措施成为机械通气治疗的规范化护理项目,VAP发生率与上机时间在干预后明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理部实施管理策略能强化预防VAP的循证护理,有效降低VAP的发生率,提高ICU的护理质量。

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of nursing management strategies on the prevention of ventilator-associated pneumonia.METHODS Cognitive survey of ICU nurses of evidence-based care VAP prevention was performed.Causes were analyzed,professional training of evidence-based care of VAP prevention was carried out,and the nursing guideline was improved,standard operation practice was established,quality evaluation criteria was developed and incorporated into special program of quality management in ICU.RESULTS After nursing intervention,evidence-based nursing interventions became the standardized mechanical ventilation care project in the prevention of VAP.VAP incidence and time on the machine significantly decreased after the intervention,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.CONCLUSION Nursing management strategy can strengthen the evidence-based care of VAP prevention,reduce the incidence of VAP and improve the quality of ICU care.
