医院传染病信息管理系统的应用研究

Research and application of information administration system of infectious disease

目的研发医院传染病管理系统,应用于医院传染病疫情信息上报及管理,对全院传染病疫情实行实时监控,对传染病疫情信息实时管理,实现传染病管理工作规范化。方法采用Powerbuilder 9为前台开发工具,使用Oracle为后台数据库管理,采用TCP/IP协议通讯,构建传染病报告监控网络系统;临床医师通过信息系统完成疫情信息采集上报,感染控制科医师则可实现疫情信息浏览、审核、查重、漏报监控、数据分析、导出等一系列功能。结果该管理系统的应用大大提高了报告的及时率、准确率及报告卡填写质量,有助于传染病的早发现、早报告、早隔离、早治疗,及时为疾病预防控制中心提供疫情信息。结论医院传染病信息管理系统能够完全实现对医院传染病疫情的信息化管理,全面提高传染病管理工作效率。

OBJECTIVE To develop the information management system that can be used in the report and management of epidemics of infectious disease,monitor and control the epidemic situation of infectious disease and achieve the standardized management of infectious disease.METHODS The network system that can monitor and report the infectious diseases was built by adopting Powerbuilder 9 as the fort development tools,Oracle as the backstage database,and TCP/IP agreement as communication tools.The collection and report of the epidemic information could be accomplished by clinical doctor according to the information management system,while the doctor in the infection control department could realize a series of functions including the preview,assessment,examination of the repeated information,missed report of surveillance,and data analysis and export.RESULTS The application of the information management system could greatly improve the timely rate as well as the accuracy of the report and the card＇s quality in filling,which could contribute to the early discovery of the infectious disease,early report,isolation and treatment,and offer epidemic situation information in time for the center of disease prevention and control.CONCLUSION The information management system of infectious disease can completely provide the control of the infectious disease the epidemic information and comprehensively improve the efficiency of the management of infectious diseases.
