摘要
目的确保新建洁净手术部顺利启用和手术患者安全。方法对2012年3月启用的新建洁净手术部进行了启用前、启用时静态监测和启用后动态监测。结果新建洁净手术部启用前后空气沉降菌浓度均合格;手术间物体表面启用前采样未检出细菌,启用时采样有两间无影灯表面细菌数超标;2012年3月18日-5月10日新手术部启用后开展手术568例,未出现切口感染。结论新建手术室启用前后的环境监测不同于日常监测,必须制定采样计划,改进传统方法,分阶段采样,严格无菌操作,才能保证监测的准确性,保证新手术室能按时启用,患者能安全手术,还为以后的日常监测提供参照数据。
OBJECTIVE To ensure the successful use of newly established operating rooms as well as the safety of the surgical cases.METHODS The static and dynamic monitoring of the clean operating rooms that newly established in Mar 2012 were conducted before and after the start use.RESULTS The air sedimentation bacteria concentrations before and after the start use of newly established operating rooms were both qualified;before the start use,the bacterial count was 0 sampling from the object surface,while the bacterial counts on the surface of lamp exceeded the standard as the operating room started;there were no incision infections that occurred among 568 patients undergoing surgeries in the newly established operating rooms from Mar 18 to May 10 2012.CONCLUSION The environmental monitoring before or after the start use of newly established operating rooms is different from the daily monitoring,therefore it is necessary to formulate the sampling plan,improve the traditional method and sample in phases so as to ensure the accuracy of the monitoring and smooth start as well as the operation safety,and provide reference data for the daily monitoring.
