Risks of biosafety in department of clinical laboratory in general hospital and interventions

目的了解综合医院检验科的生物安全隐患,制定切实有效的干预对策。方法调查综合医院检验科生物安全管理中存在的隐患,制定针对性管理措施。结果综合医院检验科在房屋布局、工作环境、生物安全防护设备方面及生物安全制度的落实、工作人员生物安全知识培训、无菌操作意识、洗手依从性、工作习惯等方面存在一系列不足之处。结论医疗机构应严格执行相关的生物安全法规、制度,重视和完善生物安全管理工作,严防实验室生物安全事故发生。

OBJECTIVE To understand the risk of biosafety in department of clinical laboratory in general hospital so as to institute the effective intervention.METHODS The existing problems of biosafety management in department of clinical laboratory in general hospital were investigated to formulate corresponding management measures.RESULTS A series of problems such as the room layout,work environment,protection equipment,execution of biosafety system,training of knowledge of biosafety,the awareness of aseptic operation,washing-hands compliance,and work habit existed in the department of clinical laboratory.CONCLUSION The medical institution should execute related policies and regulations and attach great importance to the management of biosafety in order to prevent the incident of biosafety.
