摘要
目的:建立翼茎白粉藤中岩白菜素的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以Appollo-C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)为分离柱,以甲醇-水(22∶78)为流动相,286 nm为检测波长,柱温为室温。结果:岩白菜素在10.6~169.6 mg.L-1,峰面积与其质量浓度呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 2),平均回收率为100.5%,RSD 1.53%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可作为该药材含量测定方法。
Objective:To develop an HPLC method for detecting bergenin in Cissus pteroclada.Method: An Appollo-C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)was used.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water(22∶78).The detection wavelength was 286 nm and the column temperature was room temperature.Result: Bergenin showed a good linear relationship at the range of 10.6 to 169.6 mg·L-1,r=0.999 2.The recovery and RSD were 100.5% and 1.53%(n=6),respectively.Conclusion: This method was proved to be simple,accurate and repeatable to determine the content of bergenin in C.pteroclada.
