摘要
目的:研究金铁锁有效部位的化学成分。方法:采用柱色谱法从金铁锁的正丁醇部位分离得到7个化合物,通过波谱技术鉴定了5个化合物。结果:5个化合物分别是16-异皂树酸(16-isoquillaic acid,1)、丝石竹苷元(gypsogenin,2)、α-菠甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(α-spinasterol-3-O-β-D-glucoside,3)、α-菠甾醇(α-spinasterol,4)、胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,5)。结论:化合物1~3为首次从金铁锁中分离得到的天然化合物。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of the effective proportion of Psammosilene tunicoides.Method:The chemical constituents were isolated by column chromatography,and the structures were established on the basis of spectroscopic studies.Result:Seven compounds were obtained,and five of them were identified as 16-isoquillaic acid(1),gypsogenin(2),α-spinasterol-3-O-β-D-glucoside(3),α-spinasterol(4),daucosterol(5).Conclusion:Compound 1-3 were isolated from this plant for the first time as natural products.
