摘要
目的:建立HPLC测定逍遥丸(水丸)甘草中甘草酸铵的含量。方法:采用HPLC测定甘草中甘草酸铵的含量,色谱柱Agilent(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),YMC(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相甲醇-0.2 mol.L-1醋酸铵缓冲液[0.2 mol.L-1醋酸铵-冰醋酸(33∶1)](62∶38)为流动相,流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长250 nm,柱温30℃。结果:甘草酸在0.039 74~3.972μg呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为101.8%,RSD 1.4%(n=9)。结论:建立的HPLC操作简便、结果准确、重复性好,耐用性好,可用于逍遥丸丸的质量控制。
Objective:To establish a quality standard of Xiaoyao pills,Glycyrrhiza Radix et Rhizoma was determined by HPLC method.Method: HPLC Separation was achieved on a Agenlit PAK-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column as fixed phase and methanol-0.2 mol·L-1 ammonium acetate buffer[0.2 mol·L ammonium acetate-Acetic anhydride(33∶1)](62∶ 38) as mobile phase was adopted.The flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detective wave length was 250 nm.Column temperature 30 ℃.Result: The linearity range was 0.039 74-3.972 μg(r=0.999 9),the average recovery of was hesperidin was 101.8%,RSD 1.4%(n=9).Conclusion:The established HPLC method is simple,accurate and repeatable and sensitive.It is can be used for quality control of Xiaoyao pills.
