近代奉天商埠地的自主规划与土地经营

The Urban Planning and Land Management of the Commerical Port in Fengtian in Modern Time

本文以20世纪20-30年代奉天(沈阳)商埠地的建设为研究对象,按商埠地的正界、副界和预备界分别从空间区位、道路系统、规划方式及土地经营管理等方面进行探究。从而提出了商埠地是近代沈阳对抗殖民侵略的城市空间,是地方政府自主规划建设的城市空间,是近代多元文化融合的城市空间,具有重要的城市文化遗产保护和研究价值。

This paper focuses on the Commercial Port in Fengtian（Shenyang）,China, during 1920s-1930s. By analyzing the space location, the road system, the urban planning and land management of the different parts, such as the Zhengjie Part, the Fujie Part and the Yubeijie Part in the Commercial Port. Then the conclusion is the Commercial Port was the space to defense Japanese invader, was the space planned independently by the Fengxi Warlord Government, was the mult-cultural urban space. This port has been studied and preserved as city culture heritage.
