杭州“景中村”的改造模式的探究

The Study of the Reform Pattern of Village in the Scenic Areas in Hangzhou

本文通过对城市化进程中普遍存在的农居点改造问题,截取杭州景中村的改造片段,根据景中村改造的多样性,指出"项目带动"是杭州城"景中村"的重要特色和主要经验,也是"景中村"的改造杭州模式的亮点所在。较好地诠释了人与自然和谐,城市与农村融合的景中村发展的新思路,并对存在的问题提出解决的方法。

Focusing on the reform of rural residential houses which is common in the process of urbanization, this article depicts parts of the reform practice of ＂village in the scenic areas＂ in Hangzhou. Considering the diversity of ＂village in the scenic areas＂ reform, it＇ s been pointed out in this article that ＂project- driving＂ is the key feature and main experience as well as the highlight of the ＂village in scenic areas＂ reform pattern in Hangzhou. This article elaborates well on the new idea of developing ＂village in the scenic areas＂ which helps to promote the harmony between man and the nature and integrate the rural area with the city. Meanwhile, this article also explores the way to solve the existing problems.
