自拟止泻养心汤治疗秋季腹泻合并心肌受损

With Antidiarrheal Yangxin Decoction in the Treatment of Autumn Diarrhea Complicated with Myocardial Damage

目的:观察自拟止泻养心汤治疗秋季腹泻合并心肌受损的疗效。方法:将符合秋季腹泻并心肌受损诊断的患儿100例,随机分组,治疗组和对照组各50例,对照组以西医常规补液,纠正脱水,纠正离子紊乱,保护胃肠黏膜,改善肠道微生态及对症治疗等处理;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上,应用自拟止泻养心汤口服治疗,观察临床疗效及治疗5天后心肌酶谱变化。结果:两组总有效率比较,治疗组为98%,对照组为84%,两组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组;两组治疗后心肌酶谱均有下降,治疗组下降较对照组明显(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:自拟止泻养心汤治疗秋季腹泻合并心肌受损疗效显著。

Objective：Observation on diarrhea of Yangxin Decoction Treatment autumn diarrhea complicated with myocardial damage effect.Methods：Methods：With autumn diarrhea and myocardial damage diagnosis of 100 cases of children,Random group,The treatment group and the control group with 50 cases in each group.The control group with routine western medicine infusion,correction of dehydration,correct ion disturbance,protect the gastrointestinal mucosa,improvement of intestinal microecology and symptomatic treatment and other processing;The treatment group in the control group on the basis of the treatment,Application of Yangxin Decoction with antidiarrheal oral treatment,Observation of clinical effect and changes of serum myocardial enzyme spectrum in 5 days after treatment.Results：Two groups of the total efficiency comparison,98% in the treatment group,control group 84%,Comparison of the two groups,there were significant differences（P〈0.05）,The curative effect in treatment group was superior to control group;In two groups after the treatment of myocardial enzyme spectrum in decline,The treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control group（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.Conclusion：With antidiarrheal Yangxin Decoction in the treatment of autumn diarrhea complicated with myocardial damage effect.
