益脉康软胶囊中野黄芩苷的含量测定

Content Determination of Scutellarin from Yimaikang Soft Capsule

目的:建立益脉康软胶囊中野黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定其中野黄芩苷的含量并对方法学进行考察。结果:供试品溶液色谱中,野黄芩苷与相邻组分分离度良好,阴性液无干扰;方法的重复性、稳定性、精密度试验均良好;三批样品中每粒含野黄芩苷6.30、6.26、6.14mg。结论:采用HPLC法,如法操作,方法可行。

Objective：To set up a method of content determination of scutellarin from Yimaikang soft capsule.Methods：HPLC was used to determine the content of scutellarin and methodology was researched.Results：Peak of scutellarin could be separated from other components,no interference with negative.Stability,precision,repetition were all better.Contents of scutellarin of three batches were respectively 6.30mg,6.26mg,6.14mg.Conclusion：HPLC can be used to determine the content of scutellrin from Yimaikang soft capsule.
