中医药治疗复治肺结核的研究进展

Research Progress of Chinese Medicine Treatment of Pulmonary Tuberculosis

结核病是严重危害人民群众健康的呼吸道传染病。有资料表明,复发肺结核病患者占每年新登记结核病患者的15%～20%,患病率为45/10万。复治肺结核中耐药比率约为35%～55%。使复治肺结核成为结核病控制中的主要问题。因此,积极防治复治肺结核是控制结核病的关键,既往研究结果表明,中医药治疗复治肺结核具有提高机体免疫力、增效减毒等作用,本文就近五年来中医药治疗复治肺结核的文献作以综述。

Tuberculosis is a serious respiratory disease which is harmful to people＇s health.Some data indicated that recurrence of tuberculosis patients accounted for 15%-20% of newly registered TB patients each year,the prevalence rate is 45/10 million.The drug resistant rate in recurrent tuberculosis was about 35%-55%.The recurrence of tuberculosis as a major problem in TB control.Therefore,the active prevention of pulmonary tuberculosis is the key to control tuberculosis.Previous studies showed that the TCM treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis can increase immunity,synergistic attenuation and has other effects.This paper is to review the literature of TCM treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis in recent five years.
